Web Accessibility

Web accessibility is the inclusive practice of ensuring there are no barriers that prevent interaction with, or access to websites, by people with disabilities. District 118 strives to ensure that all our sites are correctly designed, developed and edited, for all users to have equal access to information and functionality. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

If you find that there is information or pages that are not accessible to you, please email webmaster@palos118.org to request an alternative file format.

District 118 welcomes feedback on the accessibility of our website. Please contact us if you encounter any accessibility barriers and the District 118 web master will correct the pages to be compliant and up to current ADA standards.
