Parent have right to inspect all instructional materials including teacher’s manuals, films, tape or other supplementary material which will be used in connection with any survey, analysis, or evaluation as part of an applicable program and of district policies regarding surveys that request personal information from students or other activities involving the collection, disclosure or use of personal information collected from students for the purpose of marketing or for selling that information
