The Media Center at Palos South Middle School is a busy place where many students come to do research, work on homework, take advantage of reading and math interventions, work with video editing, read exciting books, and check out materials.
Here are some facts about our media center.

Circulation:
Students may choose up to three books to check out at any time. Books can be put on hold and delivered to the student’s Connections class if the title is not readily available for check out. Loan period for students is 2 weeks, although a 3-day grace period is added before a fine of $.05 per day is assessed.
Visiting the Media Center:
Students may visit the media center before school, during the day (with a pass), and with their language arts teacher. All language arts classes are scheduled to visit the media center biweekly.
